Strategy Day
A four-hour working session after 7 to 14 days of discovery prep.
Before we meet, we send a short discovery request and read what comes back: how the work actually runs, what the technology and vendors cost, and which projects would change the next 1 to 6 months. That includes AI already in use, including shadow AI adopted on its own. Then we spend four hours together.
Scoped in the fit call
4 hours, after 7 to 14 days of prep
What you leave with
- 01
Punch list
What to fix first, in order. Sequenced DeRisk, then Unclog, then Scale.
- 02
Blind spots
Where the roadmap and the security plan do not connect, and what the board cannot yet see in business terms.
- 03
Technology and AI opportunities
Candidates worth pursuing in the next 1 to 6 months. AI sits on the same list as the rest of the technology work.
- 04
Privilege and autonomy hotspots
A first cut of which systems and agents can touch what, and how far they can act without a person.
Who it is for
- -Founders, CEOs, COOs, and boards at companies putting AI to work, including teams too early or too small for a full-time CTO and CISO.
- -Teams that need a punch list, the blind spots, and the technology and AI work for the next 1 to 6 months.
What it is not
Not a software demo. Not staff augmentation. Not a separate AI roadmap. The day produces the punch list and the first cut of privilege and autonomy. The full systems map is the Engaged Seat.
After the day
The Engaged Seat builds the AI and security systems map in about 30 days. The Advisor Seat is open after this day, an Engaged term, or equivalent discovery.
